My neighbor received a windfall in the form of an icechest full of crawfish and luckily for me, he's a generous man. I took home about 2 or 3 pounds of 'em and gave them my best. Not quite spicy enough for my taste (user error), but nothing that a little Tony's and Tabasco couldn't help.
